Overview
This project revolved around designing the digital experience for a company specializing in big data solutions, including data lakes, Machine Learning Operations and Business intelligence. Working with massive, structured and unstructured data storage environments that support advanced analytics across multiple sectors. The product was powerful but complex, and the challenge was making that power feel accessible, clean, and user-friendly.
The Challenge
We needed to present intricate and abstract data concepts, technical processes in a way that felt intuitive and accessible to both tech-savvy users and decision-makers with less technical expertise. Clarity, hierarchy, and clean visual metaphors were essential.
The Solution
We led with simplicity: designing a layout that emphasized readability and flow, paired with clear visuals and simple illustrations with strategic use of color to guide focus. Custom iconography and a deep, calming visual tone echoed the "lake" metaphor, creating a sense of space and depth without overwhelming users.
Outcome & Next Steps
The result was a product that matched technical sophistication with UX clarity. The redesign helped stablish its online presence and gave the brand a strong, modern digital identity. For the next step a 2.0 Version of the website is being developed by me using Framer, the new version will retain the clean general aesthetic and add support for dark mode and dynamic content alongside the use of Spline and Rive to further enchance the visual experience.
